Dr. Collette Utley is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, Board- certified Nurse Practitioner in dermatology with Dr. Michael Gold, at Gold Skin Care Center in Nashville, TN. Collette practices in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Specialized in a n expansive range of laser treatments, cosmetic fillers, and neurotoxins. She has over 20 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville, and University of Southern Indiana.
